Your mind. It's yours and yours only. It's probably one of the only things we have full control of.
But do you know how powerful your mind really is?
Let me ask you something. Did you ever have a day where you wanted to miss school or a certain lesson and you would claim your belly was hurting or you had a headache? and not long after you actually got those feelings? It's called manifestation. 'Manifestation is the public display of emotion or feeling, or something theoretical made real.'So talk it to universe enough and it will come to life. I know it may sound a bit crazy and a little weird but It really is true and I am physical proof of that. For example if I really want a specific Job, I will get that job. Now that may seem a little 'cocky' of me to say but it really is true. I mean I got into a good University doing a course I love without 1 UCAS point to my name. This is because I manifest, I'll talk it to the world and before I know it what I want, I've got.

Sounds insane, I know but it doesnt work for everyone. The world is built on energies and if your energy is unbalanced manifestation doesnt work. You need to believe in the positivity, Have faith and literally just be happy. If you are a pessimistic person and see the bad all the time nothing will go right. Haven't you noticed that if you're in a real bad mood, Everything is just rubbish. This goes wrong then that goes wrong and before you know it your whole days been topsy turvy. (#Dominoeffect) That's because your energy is unbalanced and you receive what you give! Give off negativity everything goes wrong, Give off positivity good things come. You need to be in the right mindset and have a positive outlook on life, a positive thought process and a see and dismiss attitude.
See&Dismiss explained: Not every situation has to upset your whole day, not every situation has to turn a good day into a bad day. You could be having the best day of your life, you go and buy yourself some food and the minute you step outside the shop someone knocks it out your hand. Naturally, anyone would get mad, they would swear and shout and be grumpy for a while. but is the other persons day going to be ruined? Of course not. See and dismiss in that situation means: notice the situation, acknowledge that its irritated you, find your solution and move right on. Once you have that skill under your belt life becomes easier, things won't annoy you as easy and most days will be great days! After all what can you get out of cussing and swearing at someone? or being angry all day? Now I'm not telling you to be Mr/Mrs rainbows and unicorns but try to learn to see the bigger picture.

3 Ways to channel the power of your mind
As i've been explaining the mind is a powerful thing and so is the energy you project. So i've come up with the three main ways to realign your judgement and energy. Also to channel the energy to the most important things to you.
- Set Goals:
Setting goals is very important as it enables you to see on paper what it is you want and what you're working towards. When things are down on paper instead of in your head you can't forget about it. Setting goals with deadlines are the best things to do. it gives you something to work towards and it allows you to prioritise your time. I don't recommend giving yourself day deadlines like 'Tuesday the 20th of September' as they encourage pressure. However simple deadlines such as 'By the end of November' allow flexibility.
- Meditation:
One of the hardest things to ever possibly do, but so crucial to aligning your energy. To sit there in silence listening to someone else's voice is very difficult. Times of silence and stillness is when the mind is able to think and all the thoughts in the world come flooding right in! You end up sitting there thinking 'what on earth am i doing, does this even work, whats for dinner today, my ears itching' . First of all it does work, you just have to allow it to work by being openminded. It takes a while to get used to but its a useful tool.
- Daily Affirmations:
Another thing that makes you feel a little crazy when you do it but can encourage your day to go a certain way. Wake up in the morning, look in the mirror and say ' Today will be....' or 'I am ....' those few words can change a lot. On days where I look and feel rubbish I look in the mirror and say 'I am beautiful' and from that moment on , nobody can tell me different.
